Henry Alonzo is a music entrepreneur based in Los Angeles.
He is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Adarga Entertainment Group, LLC.; a company centered on providing the music industry services of artist development, publishing administration, marketing and consulting to independent artists, and record labels.
Some past and present corporate clients include: Sony Music, Curb Records, Integrity Music, Gateway Music, HarperCollins, Arenas, MultiTracks and Univision.
Henry has worked with a variety of artists including Grammy Award, Latin Grammy, Billboard Award, Premios Arpa and Dove Award, winners and nominees. His company was also nominated as “Best Agency doing Hispanic Social Media” by the Tecla Awards, sponsored by Telemundo.
Henry earned a BA degree in Commercial Music from Azusa Pacific University, and an MBA degree in Business Practice from Concordia University.
During his career he has also co-produced music events at The Forum, Microsoft Theater, Madison Square Garden, Coliseo de Puerto Rico, Arena Ciudad de Mexico, The Arena at the Anaheim Convention Center, EagleBank Arena, and the Shrine Auditorium,
Additionally, Henry is a frequent lecturer on the subject of music business at educational institutions and music conferences. He is Assistant Professor of Music Entrepreneurship at Azusa Pacific University and Adjunct Professor of Music Business at East Los Angeles College.
Henry also serves on the Board of the Gospel Music Association as the International Representative, and the Board of Directors for Idle Tuesdays Recording Studio, a non-profit organization.
Henry is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, the Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, the Association of Independent Music Publishers, the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers (ASCAP) and The Music Business Association.
